Step 1
Register your party using "Host a Party" Link. Type in your party information (date/time/place/child’s name/notes) and select the invitation style you would like to send. Click through to PayPal and pay with credit card; your party account code will be activated. We then print and send you the invitations within 48 hours of your registration. |
Step 2
On the invitation, we explain the gift-giving concept to your party guests, and supply our website URL and your party code. You and your child make up your guest list and either mail or hand-deliver the party invitations. |
Step 3
Your birthday party guests RSVP to your party via the KCGT website. They make a secure online gift, using your party code, that goes into your child’s party account. They receive confirmation of their transaction via return email. |
Step 4
You can check your RSVPs anytime online, using your party account number. |
Step 5
Have your party! |
Step 6
After the party, you and your child will sign on to the KCGT website, using your party code, which is available at 12:01 a.m. the day after your party. You can read about our charities and decide together which one to help, and with how much of the gift money. The remaining funds in your account will be for your child’s gift.

Step 7
We make your charitable donation, and send your child a VISA gift card(s) for the balance, within 48 hours of your sign-in and decision on splitting the money. With the gift card we will include charitable contribution receipt if your donation totals over $250.00. We also send a certificate of appreciation for your child from the charity, suitable for framing.

Step 8
You and your child go shopping together for his or her special gift. |
