This site contains links to our charity partners’ websites. The KCGT Privacy Policy does not apply to these sites. Please refer to the specific Privacy Policies of each charity partner site you visit.

Privacy Policy

As requested by our charity partners, KCGT will share the personally identifiable information you submit to the charity you select so they may send their own Thank You and charitable tax deduction form letter. KCGT will only share your information with the charity you select, and not our other charity partners.

We reserve the right to contact you via email or other means of communication, but we will not share your personally identifiable information with any other organization or institution, except through our SSL payment method (currently PayPal.)

Limitation of Liability

Your use of the KCGT website and attendance at party hosted by a KCGT customer is at your own risk. You specifically release KCGT, LLC., and its partners from any and all liability, damages, and claims arising from use of the KCGT website and attendance at a party hosted by a KCGT customer.

Party Host Payment Terms

Your party payment to KCGT is made through SSL payment method (currently PayPal). You and your child understand that you must donate at least $5 to one of our charities. This payment is made to KCGT, LLC and remains its sole property. It covers the cost of the party package materials, mailings, RSVP account management, and administrative costs.

Your guests' gift payments are made through SSL payment method (currently PayPal). Your invited guests are making a payment to your child's secure birthday party account, which does not become available for your child's use until 12:01 a.m. EST the day after his or her birthday party. You and your child understand that your guests are making this gift instead of purchasing a regular wrapped gift.

At 12:01 a.m. EST the day after his or her birthday, the gift funds are available to your child to make his or her charity selection and decide how much to keep. After your child's selection has been made, KCGT will receive an automatic request to send VISA gift cards to the mailing address originally given for sending the party package. These cards will be mailed First-Class service within 48 hours of receiving the request. At the same time, an automatic request will be made to send the remaining funds to the charity your child has chosen. These funds will be sent in form of a paper check to the charity, also within 48 hours of the request. A Thank-You letter from the charity will follow (in accordance with their mailing guidelines.)

Funds Guarantee

KCGT states that 100 percent of the funds in the child’s party account is available for the child’s use, minus PayPal’s standard SSL transaction fee. The child will receive one or more VISA gift cards totaling the exact amount they have chosen to keep. The PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from the amount the child designates for the charity.

Guest Payment Terms

If you choose to make a gift donation to a child having a KCGT party, your donation travels via SSL PayPal to the unique account code assigned to your host’s child. This donation is not refundable. Your donation becomes the property of KCGT until 12:01 a.m. EST of the day of the party, at which point it becomes available to the child. The amount the party host and child choose to give to charity is at their sole discretion, and the charitable donation receipt shall be issued in the name of the party host.

Refund Policy

Neither KCGT nor party hosts will refund money paid by invited or non-invited guests.
